BEIRUT - During a press conference held at Le Royal Hotel Dbayeh, the Lebanese team A1 GP announced that it will be participating in the fourth consecutive season of the A1 Grand Prix World Championship.

In order to be well-prepared for the 08/09 season, the only Arab representative is absolutely determined to go. He is not only going with a “Ferrari” engine, but he also hired a very talented driver: the Lebanese-Canadian Daniel Morad whom we wish he would offer to the Cedar Land its first points in the Championship.

The nineteen year old champion has already crossed more than 500 Grand Prix and became in 2007 the unbeatable champion of “BMW North American series”.

During the press conference, Daniel Morad said he was proud to be committed to Lebanon. “I will be able to defend the colors of my mother-land”, he said.

He also said that he was “very motivated” by this challenge that will start on October 5 with the Zandvoort Grand Prix in Netherlands.
